Liz Nichols

Born and raised in New York City, Liz Nichols got lost in the Folklore & Mythology section of the public library at age ten and hasn't found her way out yet! Bringing a teaching and cross-cultural communication background to storytelling, she's enchanted audiences of all ages from San Francisco's Asian Art Museum to the Sierra Storytelling Festival. She loves teaching storytelling to everyone from kids to seniors to docents, including people with memory loss using the TimeSlips Creative Storytelling Method. Liz lives in Oakland, and has been a co-host of Contra Costa Tale Spinners for the past ten years.
